Derek Deckard serves as Executive Vice President of Construction at LMF Construction. Derek is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for all multifamily construction projects in the Central U.S. Region. Derek has been involved in the construction industry since 2000. During his career, he has worked across the United States as an Owners Rep, General Contractor, and Construction Manager. Through the years, he has been involved in the design, construction, and development of a variety of projects that include a presidential library, data centers, retail, student housing, multifamily, university, and K-12 .  Derek holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Shanon Mullen serves as Construction Controller at LMF Construction. Prior to joining the company, Shanon was with Wade Construction Group, Inc since its formation in 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer.  She managed several other roles, from Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, Risk Management, and investments.  Shanon began her career in the Construction industry in 2000 at Phoenix Property Company working directly with consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers throughout the duration of the Multifamily projects. Shanon holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce. 

Eric Gibson serves as Vice President of Construction for the Texas markets at LMF Construction, LLC. Known for his strong leadership and strategic vision, Eric oversees all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Abilene Christian University. His deep knowledge of project management, team coordination, and client relations has allowed him to successfully lead large-scale commercial & residential developments. Through the years he has worked as an Owners Representative, General Contractor, Development Manager, and Construction Manager overseeing completion of more than $1B of infrastructure. His dedication to excellence and passion for construction make him a key leader in delivering complex projects with exceptional results. 

Daniel Tum Suden serves as Vice President of Construction at LMF Construction with over 30 years’ experience in construction. Daniel is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for all multifamily construction projects in the Western U.S. Region. Daniel has been involved in the construction industry since 1990. During his career, he has worked across the United States as a Developer/Builder, General Contractor, and Construction Manager. Through the years, he has been involved in the design, construction, and development of a variety of projects that include Multifamily, Industrial, Mixed Use, Office Buildings, Warehousing, K-12.  Daniel holds a A.A.S. Degree in Construction Engineering Management from Portland Community College.

Herb Elliot serves as Vice President of Construction at LMF Construction with over 40 years’ experience in construction. While being a second-generation multifamily construction professional he is also well versed in Mix Use, Commercial, Distribution and Science & Technology.  Having managed projects in 12 states and being licensed in 3 his ability to adapt to the market and site requirements is proven. He brings leadership and team building traits he acquired while serving in the military. This includes strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on the resolution of a challenge. He is effective in working with all levels of management, owners, and those on a projects’ team.

April brings over 13 years of experience in the AEC and CRE industries. She began her career with one of Texas's leading Multifamily Investment Sales Teams at Institutional Property Advisors. Afterward, she transitioned to the construction sector, joining JLL’s Project and Development Services team. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for construction and began her journey in Business Development for a general contractor.April excels at building lasting relationships and collaborating with industry leaders. She focuses on understanding the goals of each project, ensuring its success by aligning the team to deliver exceptional results for every client. In 2023, she was honored as CoreNet’s Young Leader of the Year.April holds a degree in Business Marketing from Kansas State University. In her downtime, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jace, and their daughter, Wrenley.
